4. Payment

We offer cash on delivery. Payment is due in full at the time of delivery.

5. Shipping

We ship orders within 7 working days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. 

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for all eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization (RA) number. Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.

8. Governing Law


These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
