To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Package the item(s) to be returned in their original condition and packaging, and include a copy of your RA number.
- Ship the item(s) to our location using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Payment will be refund to the customer's source account within two business days for a cancelled order.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return arrives safely.
Replacement
If you would like to replace an item, you must follow the same return process as outlined above. Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria, we will send you a replacement item.
